$12.99

What We Love

  • • Pre-portions formula for easier travel
  • • Funnel spouts reduce spills
  • • Stackable, modular design
  • • Dishwasher safe

Worth Knowing

  • • Threaded sections must be tightened carefully
  • • Compartments can be difficult to unscrew
  • • Multiple pieces require cleaning and tracking
  • • Portions must still be measured accurately

If you are traveling with powdered baby formula, the last thing you want to do on an airplane or in a moving car is open a full-size container and measure scoops into a bottle. The Termichy Stackable Formula Dispenser offers a much cleaner solution.

Each compartment holds one premeasured serving of formula and has its own funnel-shaped spout. When it is time to make a bottle, unscrew the compartment, open the cap and pour the powder directly into the water. That eliminates the mess and guesswork of measuring formula in a cramped airplane seat or roadside parking lot.

I wish we had known about these when our kids were still taking bottles. We either hauled the entire formula container with us or portioned powder into plastic bags, which saved space but made it difficult to pour cleanly into a narrow bottle. These containers provide the convenience of pre-portioning without the flimsy bags or loose powder.

The six containers can be carried separately or screwed together into one stack. Each holds up to 60 grams, or 2.1 ounces which is more than enough for most bottles. Formula concentrations and scoop sizes vary, however, so measure each serving according to the instructions on your formula rather than treating the container itself as a measuring device.

The threaded design is also the main potential drawback. Every connection needs to be tightened fully, and some users report that the sections can be difficult to unscrew. Make sure every piece is completely clean and dry before adding formula, then check the connections before putting the dispenser in a bag.

Once the bottle stage is over, the containers remain useful for small snacks, protein powder, drink mixes or other dry ingredients. That gives them a longer life than most products designed specifically for feeding an infant.
