MyFAK Standard First Aid Kit

Bikes & Riding Gear
$174.95

What We Love

  • Supplies for cuts, blisters, burns, and minor sprains
  • Folding-page layout keeps everything organized
  • Durable case with room for additional supplies
  • Includes an online first-aid training course

Worth Knowing

  • Larger and more expensive than a basic first-aid kit
  • Too bulky to carry on a bike or in a backpack
  • Standard version omits trauma supplies included with the Pro
  • Used and expired supplies need to be replaced

The My Medic MyFAK Standard is a substantial first-aid kit for the car, home, camper, or any place where you might want to be able to better treat minor wounds in the field. It includes supplies for cleaning and dressing wounds, treating blisters and minor burns, supporting sprains, and addressing other common problems. Its folding-page design is the main advantage over cheaper kits that combine everything in a few crowded compartments. Supplies remain visible and organized, making it easier to find what you need when someone is hurt or upset.

At 11 x 8 x 6 inches and roughly three to four pounds, this is not a kit most people will carry in a backpack or day bag. You are also paying a premium for the organized case and preselected contents. The Standard version does not include the additional trauma supplies found in the Pro, and neither version replaces first-aid training. Complete the included course, check the kit regularly, and replace anything that has been used or expired.
